Returns: Kelley Quan New York LLC products can be returned for refund if the product is in its ORIGINAL CONDITION: UNUSED and UNOPENED. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Customers must contact customer service [using the form provided on this page] prior to returning product to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING AND there will be a $5.00 RESTOCKING CHARGE deducted from returned funds. To obtain an RMA number please use the form provided on this page to contact us. Please include your name, address, order number and provide reason for the exchange. We may contact you for further information. PLEASE NOTE: ALL EXCHANGES WILL REQUIRE AN RMA NUMBER.
