Don’t forget to drink plenty of water. If you find this hard to do, try adding a little fresh fruit or veggies to your water – like pineapple, watermelon, cucumbers or berries. This will add a hint of flavor to the water and will encourage you to drink more water. Personally, I had a lot of problem getting myself to drink plain water and by adding a little natural flavoring, I found that I more than doubled my water consumption! Once I was used to drinking water with a little added flavor, I eventually was able to drink plain water and really enjoy it!
